Mein Hund wurde topp betreut. Als Tierschutzhund hat er nicht viele gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Er wurde geduldig und ruhig behandelt. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe.

Meine schwer kranke Katze, die ich schon als totes Tier gesehen habe, ist wieder gesund. Man gab sich sehr viel Mühe die Ursachen zu finden und zu beheben. Auch hat man mich immer über alle Schritte informiert. Ich habe es mehrfach erlebt, dass meine Tiere, nach zum Teil aufwendigen Behandlungen, wieder gesund waren. Ich bereue keinen Franken, der zur Heilung beitrug. Vielen Dank!

Sehr gutes und aufklärendes Vorgespräch mit Frau Dr. Staub betr. Kastration meiner kleinen Hündin. Der Eingriff verlief problemlos, die Hündin war ein Tag nach OP wieder fit und munter, sie schien unter Gabe von Medis keine Schmerzen zu haben. Nun ist 1 Woche seit der Kastration vergangen, Wunde ist top verheilt, Fäden müssen keine gezogen werden. Würde den Eingriff jederzeit wieder machen.

Nur schon das Einpacken im Transportkorb, dann der Weg, das Wartezimmer, all die fremden Geräusche und Gerüche sind für unsere Stubentiger stressig. Ganz anders bei Frau Dr. Puhl: sie kommt auf Termin nach Hause, die Katze bleibt in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung, die Behandlung ist da viel stressfreier als sonstwo.
