Chiara Flisi Life Coach-Counsellor-Couple Counsellor

Niklaus-Konrad-Strasse 8, 4500 Solothurn

I am convinced that change begins with us because I have experienced it myself. I will help you finding clarity and achieving your goals. You will have a space where to feel welcomed, not judged. You will become aware of the dynamics you put in place through open questions that will help you looking within yourself. You will become aware of your action and thought patterns, you will discover your resources. The purpose of the sessions is that your find your own solutions to the topic you are bringing up. This makes it a short journey that promotes self-help, personal growth and development. Change requires training . That’s why I will help you taking small commitments with yourself between one session and the other in order to achieve the life you want. Every small step will be a milestone that will motivate you to keep going, will increase your self-esteem and positive energy. I will support you until you feel you need me to be on your side. Are you ready to start this beautiful journey together? Coach & Counselor I’m Chiara Flisi, graduated in foreign languages but since always predisposed to helping and listening to the others and naturally able of making the person in front of me feeling at ease. I was facing a very difficult time in my life under both the relational and work aspect and, seeing again the same situations repeating in my life, I realised it was not the other’s fault, but there was something on me to work on. Through a friend who suggested me a Counsellor in my area I started my individual counselling journey. The results were amazing and at some point I thought I would have liked to return this luck I had in my life to get to know Counselling to the world, to help people like me facing a difficult moment. I started studying NLP, approaching it with curiosity, becoming first NLP Master Practitioner with Richard Bandler certification. Then at the end of my Counselling journey I felt ready to start my three-year Master Degree in Professional Counselling and finally I got my Life Coach Master Degree. I still attend seminars and courses because I find the topics so interesting, because they improve the life quality and also because personal growth is something that never ends. At the same time, my life has changed a lot. I met my life partner, I changed job and we moved to Switzerland. Now I want to make everything I have learned available to anyone who is facing a challenge in his/her life or feels the need to improve himself/herself. It is my way to give the opportunity to individuals and couples to live the life changing experience that both Counselling and Coaching are! As an expat I am happy to support other expats who are willing to speak their language. Sessions are available in English, French, Italian. in person in Solothurn and Biel or if you prefer online for those living in other areas of Switzerland. MY APPROACH Definitely, what I hear most of the time from my customers is that I have the natural ability to create a comfortable and safe space, through a welcoming and gentle approach. It is ideal for you if you are looking for someone to share your experience with and you expect to find a space where you can feel understood and not judged . Through open questions I will help you finding out what are your deepest beliefs. It will be a journey to awareness that will enable you to choose whether keeping the same beliefs or replacing them with thoughts and beliefs more empowering for you. Depending on the subject that you’ll bring, I will apply the approach that fits best (NLP, Counselling, Coaching). You will find out resources you were not aware to have, you will be focused an connected with yourself. If you are a couple and you are facing a difficult time in your relationship and you are both willing to overcome it, couple therapy is a valuable tool. We will work on ways to improve your communication, on your needs, on how to find a compromise that can make you both feel happy and fulfilled. Each month I attend peer supervision, where professionals like me exchange ideas on subjects they have worked on individually with their clients. By regularly interacting with other professionals I get new insights and inspiration that enhance my skills and make me offer the best service ever to my clients.

Support for motor skills and developmental disorders in children and adolescents

Occupational therapy for children and adolescents plays a crucial role in promoting and developing various motor and cognitive skills. Occupational therapy offers targeted support and interventions, especially for children with developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), and other behavioral disorders. In this article, you will learn more about the importance of occupational therapy for children and adolescents and the various approaches used to promote gross and fine motor skills and sensory integration. Gross motor Gross motor skills encompass the large movements of the body, such as running, jumping, and climbing. Children with developmental disorders often experience delays or impairments in gross motor skills. Occupational therapists work with specific exercises and activities to improve and strengthen these skills. The goal is to promote balance, coordination, and muscle strength so that children can better cope with everyday life. Fine motor skills Fine motor skills refer to the smaller, more precise movements required for tasks such as writing, painting, and using cutlery. Children with fine motor skills problems may have difficulty holding a pen or buttoning their clothes. Occupational therapists use targeted exercises to promote hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Developmental disorders and occupational therapy F82 and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Children with F82 (pervasive developmental disorders) and autism spectrum disorder often require special therapeutic approaches. Occupational therapy can help develop social skills, communication skills, and sensory integration skills. Playful activities encourage children to become more aware of their environment and interact with it. ADD and ADHD Attention deficit disorder (ADD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) affect children's ability to concentrate and control their impulses. Occupational therapy offers support by structuring everyday life, providing targeted exercises to increase attention and techniques to improve impulse control. Behavioral disorders and learning disorders Behavioral disorders Children and adolescents with behavioral disorders such as aggressive behavior or social isolation benefit from occupational therapy by learning to regulate their emotions and improve social interactions. Creative and playful methods are used to promote positive behaviors. Learning disorders: dyscalculia, reading difficulties, dyslexia Learning disorders such as dyscalculia (mathematical disorder), reading difficulties, and dyslexia (reading and spelling difficulties) can significantly impair a child's school and social life. Occupational therapists work closely with children to develop strategies that facilitate learning and improve academic performance. Sensory integration therapy (SI) Sensory abnormalities Children with sensory abnormalities have difficulty processing stimuli from their environment appropriately. This can lead to hypersensitivity or hyposensitivity to certain stimuli. Sensory integration therapy aims to improve the child's ability to process and integrate sensory information correctly. Sensory activities Occupational therapists use a variety of sensory activities to improve sensory processing. These activities can include swinging, climbing, playing with different textures, or listening to soothing sounds. The goal is to regulate the child's nervous system and achieve better adaptability to various environmental influences. Specialized counseling and interventions Left-handed counseling Children who are left-handed often need specific support to develop their fine motor skills and work ergonomically. Occupational therapists offer targeted counseling and exercises to improve writing posture and make everyday life easier. Impulse control and action planning Children with impulse control disorders have difficulty planning and controlling their actions. Occupational therapy helps improve action planning and impulse control through structured activities and games. This can be achieved through role-playing, cognitive exercises, and the promotion of problem-solving skills. Conclusion Occupational therapy for children and adolescents is a valuable tool for treating a variety of developmental and behavioral disorders. Through targeted exercises and therapeutic approaches, gross and fine motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive and social skills can be improved. Children with autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, and other abnormalities benefit significantly.

As each area of law becomes more complex and specialized, Charrière Mauron & Associés provides specializations for its generalist lawyers, who are required to undergo targeted continuous training to best advise their clients. Charrière Mauron & Associés Established in Bulle since 1987 and practicing primarily in the canton of Fribourg but also in other French-speaking cantons, Charrière Mauron & Associés has acquired extensive experience in all the legal fields it handles daily. It also has a thorough understanding of the economic and associative sectors of the region, enabling it to advise both individuals and legal entities, public authorities, and businesses in numerous areas. It is also well integrated into the Fribourg judicial environment. History In October 1987, Me Bruno Charrière established himself as an independent generalist lawyer in Bulle and founded his own firm. He was joined in 1993 by Me Maurice Ropraz, with whom he collaborated until 2001, when Ropraz was elected Prefect of Gruyère, a position he held for 10 years before being elected to the Council of State in 2011. During this period, a secondary office was created in Châtel-St-Denis. From 2001, Me Pierre Mauron replaced Me Ropraz as a partner. The firm then expanded in 2006 with the hiring of Me Carl-Alex Ridoré, until his election as Prefect of Sarine in 2008, and with the hiring of many other lawyers. On May 5, 2016, Me Bruno Charrière tragically passed away (article in La Gruyère on May 7, 2016). His name and memory are inextricably linked to Charrière Mauron & Associés. On January 1, 2018, Mes Pierre Mauron, Véronique Aeby, and Julien Membrez formed the company Charrière Mauron & Associés SA. On January 1, 2021, Me Constantin Ruffieux joined them as a partner. Since 2000, the firm has been continuously training trainee lawyers.
