Kinesioka is a Kinesiology practice located in Geneva, opposite the Maison de Quartier de la Jonction, at Avenue Sainte-Clotilde 17, within the Centre de Soins Les 3 Platanes. Consultations are available by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 9 PM. Kinesiology is a holistic approach that blends the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine with the principles of modern physiology. It is based on the principle that the body, mind, and soul are deeply interconnected, and that well-being results from balancing these three aspects. Through non-invasive and personalized techniques, kinesiology helps restore inner harmony by balancing the mental, emotional, physical (structural), and energetic aspects of the body (meridians, chakras). How does it work? Kinesiology utilizes muscle testing, based on the research of Dr. Goodheart, to identify stress in the body (mental, emotional, physical, and energetic) and to determine the most effective techniques to restore balance.

Treatments Treatments are available for babies, children, adolescents, adults, pregnant women, or elderly individuals. Treatments are tailored to the age and condition of the patient. Physiotherapy Following an accident, an acute or chronic illness, or surgery, the body may exhibit dysfunctions. Using natural methods, physiotherapy aims to restore the quality and integrity of body movements. It notably uses: massage and mobilization of soft tissues (skin, muscles, fascia, nerves), joint mobilizations, active movements, and exercises. Osteopathy Any loss of mobility in the joints, muscles, ligaments, or internal organs can cause an imbalance in overall health. Symptoms may manifest in one or several systems of the human body: musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, digestive, ENT, and respiratory. The treatment will aim to rebalance the different tissues involved. Techniques are chosen to be adapted and comfortable for each patient. Osteopathy is suitable for babies, children, adults, and elderly individuals. Acupuncture Each individual has a temperament or functioning mode. This can be disrupted by physical or emotional trauma or daily external stressors. The individual may experience physical or psychological disturbances: headaches, muscle or joint pain, back pain, digestive disorders, fatigue, sleep disturbances, hyperactivity, malaise, stress, anxiety, or burnout. The body expresses a "mismatch" with its physical environment (living conditions) and/or relational environment (social surroundings). The treatment consists of rebalancing the patient using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

The basic practical training lasts 12 hours and consists of modules 1-2-3, which must be completed in chronological order. Those who obtained the A1 license (before 01/01/2021) and wish to obtain the A 35 kW license must complete the training by only performing module 3 (4 hours). Candidates for the A 35 kW license cannot complete the basic practical training with vehicles of the A1 subcategory. Direct access to the unlimited A category is no longer possible, and one must wait 2 years from obtaining the A 35 kW category. Minimum age for category A 35 kW 18 years : Motor vehicles with an engine power not exceeding 35 kW and a power-to-weight ratio not exceeding 0.20 kW/kg.
