In close collaboration with existing home care providers, we do everything possible to support a smooth transition from hospital to home, provided the patient's health condition allows it. All materials and medications are billed individually. The Pré Pariset Foundation is a private institution recognized as serving the public interest, located in Pully, to the east of Lausanne. It manages three medico-social establishments: Pré Pariset, Pré de la Tour, and Haute Combe, named after the locations where they were built. A public restaurant, "Le Delta," adjacent to the EMS Pré de la Tour, is also managed by the Foundation. Its primary mission is to provide accommodation for elderly people with loss of autonomy, whether for long-term or short-term stays (up to 30 days per year), offering support services tailored to their individual needs. A temporary care center (CAT) complements the Foundation’s housing structures.
