ODAN GmbH

Your pragmatic product and process engineers

Quickly. Holistic. Market-oriented. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** Product development: - Concepts ⚙️ - Prototypes 🔩 - Produktentwicklung⚖️ - Automation 📈 - Testing and optimization 🗒️ - Safety and quality assessment 🔍 Is there anything more exciting than seeing a concept turn into a functioning product? For us, it's one of the most rewarding experiences. To make an efficient contribution to a project, we need to have a deep understanding of the needs of our partners, customers and users. It is important to us to develop solutions that bring lasting benefits. Recognising the real goal and intent of a project too late can lead to missed opportunities for more effective solutions. Although this may seem obvious, we believe that the focus in development should not be on the development of parts, assemblies or machines, but on functions and added value. We only start the long, intensive and often costly journey of hardware development when we are sure that it meets your actual needs. In the end, the realisation is only the result of a thorough analysis aimed at delivering the greatest added value. Are you facing a technical challenge or are you looking for an independent second opinion? Then don't hesitate to contact us for a non-binding initial consultation. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** Process optimisation: - Analysis of business processes 🔍. - Operational excellence 🚀 - Efficiency and cost optimization 📈 - ISO 9001 ⚖️ - Organizational resilience 🧭 - System evaluations and implementations ⚙️ How do small companies and start-ups achieve operational excellence? This is precisely the question we deal with every day. With a holistic, pragmatic optimisation approach, we efficiently bring our customers closer to perfection every day through process optimisation and improvement cycles. It's not just about the processes that we improve with lean and quality management, but also about the products, strategy, organisation, culture and employees of our customers. Quality management and lean can be very scary for small companies. Many consultants want to implement huge projects in one go. We focus on a step-by-step implementation tailored to your company, creating additional resources for further optimisation. Our mechanical engineering background helps us to develop realistic optimisations in a technical environment. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** We are sure that we can help you with these and many other questions! DOMAINE DES LOVERESSES

Route de l'Etraz 1, 1169 Yens
The Domaine des Loveresses is located in Yens

The Estate The Domaine des Loveresses is located in Yens, where over 70 hectares of land are dedicated to growing fruits and vegetables. We have made endives and tomatoes our specialties. By practicing sustainable agriculture, we offer healthy and tasty products. Producing ecologically, respecting the seasons, is part of our heritage and the future of the Estate. Among our loyal customers are local grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops selling regional products. We also offer, at our on-site store in Yens, delicious fruits and vegetables, as well as regional products such as meat, eggs, apple juice, etc. Our Story Since its creation in 1968 by Michel and Claire-Lise Cornu, the Domaine des Loveresses quickly specialized in market gardening. It was during this period that our first refrigerated halls and forcing rooms were built, primarily dedicated to the cultivation of endives. In the 1980s, with the constant development of the Estate, the first tunnel and greenhouse crops appeared, now housing our tomato, strawberry, and raspberry plants. Today, the second generation, led by Philippe Cornu and his family, heads the Domaine des Loveresses and strives to combine modernity, sustainable development, and the tradition of quality Vaudois products. Our Crops Spread across open fields, greenhouses, and growing rooms, our products are grown in Yens. For our endives, before transforming them into chicory in our growing rooms, they are cultivated as roots by 15 regional farmers from La Côte and Gros de Vaud. The rest of our production is grown in open fields and greenhouses. Our endives are produced in winter. Our Production We take great care to produce healthy and tasty fruits and vegetables. Our cultivation and production processes are constantly aimed at ecological improvement. For us, producing seasonal fruits and vegetables is inseparable from environmental considerations. That is why our crops are equipped with water recovery systems, and future projects are underway. We have diversified our production to include zucchini, squash, cabbage, turnips, and beets, available in both raw and cooked forms. We also grow strawberries, raspberries, and watermelons in spring and summer.
