In den folgenden Jahren entwickelte sich der Betrieb und so kamen maschinelle Erdarbeiten, Umgebungs- und Gartenbauarbeiten hinzu. Übernahme Im Jahr 2000 übernahm Ruedi Etzensperger das Unternehmen von Werner Näf. Wandel 2013 wurde aus der Einzelfirma die heutige Näf Tief- und Gartenbau AG mit Sitz in Dinhard gegründet.
