About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes. In addition to our passion for good food, we also care about health and well-being in general. Library in the Tea Café In collaboration with the GGG City Library Basel, MOMENT Café features a carefully curated library of books on philosophy and spirituality. These works can be enjoyed in the café’s tranquil ambiance. Library members have the opportunity to borrow books, and the café also offers a selection of in-house books and magazines for guests to enjoy during their visit. Room of Silence: Meditation and Reflection Adjacent to the tea café is the "Room of Silence" – a special place for meditation, reflection, and inner stillness. The simple space is equipped with mats, cushions, and benches, providing the ideal setting for personal meditation practice. Guests are invited to use the space during opening hours and may contribute voluntarily to its upkeep. Outside of regular hours, the room is available for meditation events and courses. Introduction to Meditation Courses We offer regular introduction courses to meditation, held approximately six times a year over three consecutive Wednesday evenings. These courses are ideal for beginners and teach fundamental meditation techniques to integrate mindfulness and peace into everyday life. Experienced practitioners will also find valuable insights to deepen their practice. After the courses, guests can join in for tea and conversation. Products for Enjoyment at Home For those who wish to continue their relaxation at home, we offer a selection of premium teas, organic herbal teas, traditional Panettone, and inspirational cards, all available for purchase in the café. These products reflect the MOMENT Café's philosophy and invite guests to integrate peace and mindfulness into their daily routines. Events and Room Rental MOMENT Café is also available for events with up to 50 guests. The space is suitable for a variety of occasions, such as readings, concerts, lectures, workshops, team events, or family celebrations. The "Room of Silence" is ideal for meditation courses, yoga, and therapy sessions. Current events include the book club "Reading the World," Holistic Yoga Basel, Katerina Wen Yoga, and the Contemplation Group of the ARS VITAE association.
