Sur son conseil, j'ai simplement acheté l'adaptateur nécessaire m'évitant ainsi une intervention. Merci! P.S. : Si comme moi vous avez une prise 4 pôles (ADSL) et avez besoin d'une sortie RJ45, Swisscom vend un adaptateur sur son site.
