Hotel Garni Rio is situated in a magnificent 19th century villa that was renovated in 2013 in order to return it to its original grandeur while offering modern comforts. It has a splendid facade, stylish stained-glass windows, ceiling paintings on the ground floor, an onyx reception desk and decorative mirrors from the historic Grand Hotel Locarno. The hotel counts 16 twin rooms, 3 single rooms and 1 Junior Suite, all newly refurbished. One of the twin rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. A secure storage room to leave the bikes is available at the ground floor. The hotel is 100% smoke free. Pets are not allowed. A limited number of parking places are available at the price of CHF 10.- per day.
