BeO Pellets GmbH

Rosswaldstrasse 6A, 3852 Ringgenberg BE

BeO Pellets: The Pioneering Innovation Conventional Pellets Conventional pellets predominantly use sawdust and wood shavings for production. In Switzerland, there is an insufficient supply of these materials, leading to imports. Many pellets are also directly imported, mainly from Belarus and Eastern Europe. BeO Pellets GmbH does not use imported sawdust and wood shavings. BeO Pellets GmbH BeO Pellets GmbH is part of the 3% of Swiss companies producing pellets from regional forest wood. This niche has significant potential. As demand for pellets increases, the production of forest wood pellets will also need to rise to secure the domestic share of pellets. Swiss forests have a large amount of unused energy wood. BeO Pellets • Made 100% from regional coniferous and deciduous wood. • Have up to 10% higher energy density than conventional pellets. • Entire value chain, from forest to end consumer, is regional. • Raw material for pellet production is dried without fossil fuels. • Produced without pressing aids. • Long transport routes are eliminated. • Certified with the "Swiss Natural Wood Pellets" label. • Delivery possible with special vehicles even on narrow access roads. BeO Pellets' Contribution to Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Energy wood from the Bernese Oberland is used efficiently, with short transport routes. Wood pellets are an excellent fuel and allow for automatic heating operations similar to oil or gas heating systems. Wood pellets and wood chips are renewable energies and CO2 neutral. Their grey energy share is the lowest among all heating systems. BeO Pellets' Economic Contribution The entire value chain is generated in the Bernese Oberland. This includes foresters, service technicians for equipment and machinery, transport companies, the pellet producer, and the end customer. We help maintain and create jobs in various sectors. Why Choose BeO Pellets • Because our self-developed process for producing wood pellets is pioneering. • Because we significantly contribute to using unused wood from local forests as an energy source. • Because we help maintain and create jobs. • Because we produce pellets not only from coniferous wood, countering monoculture. • Because we dry wood without fossil fuels, using second-class wood chips, solar/photovoltaics, and warm air collectors from roof surfaces. • Because we meet the demand of customers who do not want to buy pellets that come from abroad, are loaded with binders or even pollutants, but are 100% ecological. • Because we make a significant contribution to achieving climate goals. • Because with the "Swiss Natural Wood Pellets" label, we have imposed strict requirements on ourselves.

Cheminées du Valais

Cheminées du Valais was created in November 2007 to extend the activities of sister company Cheminées du Chablais to the Rhône Valley. During 2008, Eric Guillod's teams worked successfully in all areas of combustion and on all types of objects. By combining these two assets, Cheminées du Valais SA is able to offer a complete range of services to its Valais and foreign customers. After three years of collaboration, Cheminées du Valais takes flight and separates from its sister company. The new logo and the new QUALITY FIRE© guideline are launched at the same time. Cheminées du Valais SA also signed a new partnership with ATTIKA, increasing its official Valais concessions to 5 brands. In December 2013, Cheminées du Valais joined forces with RUEGG to become STUDIO RUEGG. Official dealer for RUEGG products in French-speaking Valais.
