They called me to arrange an appointment and I missed the call. When I tried to call them back, they simply refused to talk and also disconnected the call. They made me call more than 15 times from 3 different numbers and refused to speak and also stopped receiving calls from every number. If they do not speak German, they can just arrange for a callback or have someone else speak. Even when my wife called them and spoke in German to ask for the email they behaved quite unprofessionally. I had to then go meet them in person to arrange a visiting. When they visited the apartment he looked at the calling bell and wanted to change it. Since then there has been no reply for 30 days. This is PATHETIC. They even lack the professional courtesy to provide the email so that I could communicate in German.
