It is privately operated, and subsidized spots are also offered by the city of Winterthur. Our mission is to provide the children entrusted to us with the best possible start in life by getting to know and understand each child as an individual. Through documentation of our creative portfolios, we record the learning developments and interests of the children. This serves as a central element of our educational work, allowing us to observe the individual interests, strengths, and competencies of the children and presenting new challenges to us as professionals to create new educational-learning processes. We implement this through targeted support and guided sequences.With our established rituals, routines, and practices, we aim to lay the foundation for holistic development and provide children with a nurturing and secure environment.We aim to make our educational work transparent by collaborating with parents and offer them a parent meeting once a quarter for this purpose. We exchange brief information with parents daily through "door-handle" conversations when children enter and leave.
