It aims to eliminate restrictions on your ability to move, whether at work, during sport or during leisure activities. To do this, we observe your movement, identify the complaints and analyze the right exercise therapies for you. Rehabilitation Rehabilitation after an injury leads you back to movement step by step. The training program in the exercise room or on the sports field starts simply and becomes increasingly intensive. After an individual movement analysis, targeted exercises with weights and active balance training promote your flexibility, stability, strength, endurance and speed. Training Many everyday complaints can be traced back to an imbalance between the strain and resilience of a certain part of the body or the entire body. For targeted and efficient training, it is important to know the level of strain and your own resilience and to optimally coordinate them. Only then will the desired results be achieved.
