Wir haben uns für das Reisebüro Move entschieden, um ein lokales Kleinunternehmen zu unterstützen. Im Vorhinein wurde eine vollumfängliche Zahlung erwartet. Die Reise konnten wir antreten, wurden aber bei einer notfallmässigen Rückkehr in die Schweiz hängengelassen. Für die Annulation der Kreuzfahrt und das Buchen der Rückkflüge erhielten wir keine Unterstützung seitens Move. Eine Unverschämtheit, da uns versprochen wurde, das Reisebüro stehe uns zur Verfügung. Sie waren ebenfalls über unsere Lage und die eventuell frühere Rückkehr informiert. Die Provision für eine Kreuzfahrt von 11 Personen ist gross, deshalb sind wir umso enttäuschter. Nie wieder!!

I’ve been a regular at Outback Lodgeand have always enjoyed celebrating special occasions here. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me deeply disappointed. My husband and I arrived, asked about a table for two, and were initially told to wait. While waiting, another staff member (who later identified himself as the chef) abruptly told us there was no space. When I politely asked if we could be accommodated for just an hour in case of upcoming reservations, his response was dismissive and condescending. Instead of simply reiterating that they were full, he insisted on ‘showing’ us inside as if to mock the idea that we would even ask. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I completely understand when a restaurant is at capacity, but there is a big difference between delivering that message with courtesy versus making guests feel foolish for even inquiring.
