Even if the external teachers are great and well educated, the school organization itself does provide low quality services and support. Their exams aren't as technical as expected and full of mistakes. Most of them are multiple choices asking which of the listed four sentences do fit better / explains something more accurately (umm).. Depending on your reading and interpretation skills you might pass the exam (even as a senior system engineer you'll fail or get the lowest grade). I don't understand why they never hired experienced IT professionals/teachers to review/rewrite their exams. And yes of course, our class talked to the school principal. Depending on his mood he sometimes allowed us to retake the exam but he still refuses to correct their mistakes in the exams. I therefore highly recommend to stick to vocational schools after your apprenticeship - such as (TBZ, BFSU, BBW..) especially in canton Zurich.

Je viens de vivre une expérience formidable. J'ai contacté Alain afin d'aider mon fils à aller mieux. Il a coupé tout contacte avec moi depuis 2 ans env. Resultat un mois et quelques jours après la prise de contacte avec Alain. Mon fils a eu la bonne idée de rendre visite à ma soeur aujourdhui. Il a arrêté l'alcool et sa fumette depuis 15 jours. La prochaine étape sera peut etre chez moi. Je garde espoir. Merci infiniment Alain pour ton aide. Ça a porté ses fruits. Je continue ma part de travail avec un vrai espoir de prise de contacte avec moi bientôt.
