He is not an architect. A very chauvinistic person who is reluctant to anything that he is not comfortable with. Main argument "I have 40 years experience- It is not possible". His designer skills are non-existent. His budgeting skills left us way over 200k over the budget as he managed to forget to include isolation in many places, inform us about sewage pipes, he planned to leave open, resulting in additional cost for us as we could not live in the house, listening to sewage water running across the hall way and bathroom. Added isolation where it was not relevant and as a cherry on the cake, made us have a pump for sewage water inside the house instead of proposing to lay the sewage pipe to the street below.
