We worked with Michel Rolli while buying our first apartment, and we couldn't have asked for better support. From the very beginning, he took a genuinely personal approach — he understood that this was a big, unfamiliar step for us and made sure we never felt lost. He was always available whenever we had questions, no matter how small, and responded quickly every time. What stood out most was how mindful he was of every stage of the process. He walked us through each step clearly, explained what was coming next, and made sure we understood our options before making any decisions. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but he made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. We always felt guided and well looked after. We can't recommend him highly enough to anyone — especially first-time buyers — looking for a broker who truly cares.
