I bring a broken watch and ask for repair. They tell me it has two be sent to the watchmaker to get an estimation. The estimation is higher than the price of the watch. I go to get my broken watch back they charge me 40.- of « fees ». In addition no transparency it what I would have to pay, no explanation of the fees, not friendly at all. Avoid this place at any cost.

Ho portato un bracciale in oro da riparare, una semplice saldatura eseguita malissimo ad un prezzo ingiustificabile.

Un service excellent! Un accueil chaleureux de la part du groupe travaillant dans cet établissement. La personne qui m'a servi était plus que compétente et patiente avec moi, ouverte et très agréable, je vous conseille d'ailleurs de demander (Victoria Marsens). L'achat d'une Rolex n'aura jamais été aussi agréable. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
