The St. Ulrich Community Center (BZ), also known as the Generations House, with assisted living and workplaces, is a community with a diverse mix of old and young people. This new kind of generational diversity creates a real sense of community within the organization – like a big family! The average age of residents at the BZ St. Ulrich is around 70, with residents ranging from 20 to over 95 years old.
