Physiotherapy aims to improve physical function and motor skills. It treats joint, muscle, and neurological problems, as well as balance, coordination, sensitivity, strength, pain, and proprioception disorders. It aims to maintain and restore optimal function.
Sports physiotherapy is aimed at people who participate in sports, both for leisure and competitively. Our infrastructure, including treadmills, exercise bikes, weight machines, and cable cross machines, allows us to support our patients in optimal conditions until they can resume their favorite sports.
Medical muscle strengthening (physiogym concept) aims to improve the quality of movement based on an awareness of muscle activity. Discovering this type of training allows you to rediscover the pleasure of movement and increased vitality through physical activity.
Muscle chains: A muscle chain is a group of muscles connected to each other by their fascias and their actions in different planes of space. The muscle chain technique aims to remove as much of the unwanted tension that causes dysfunction, deformity, and pain as possible. It is essentially based on relaxing and stretching certain muscles in order to reprogram the proper functioning of these chains.
