La Rosière, a Broye-based foundation for adults with disabilities, is part of the Fribourg network supporting people with mental disabilities.
The Foundation Board is made up of around ten individuals from various professional backgrounds. It includes at least two members representing the parents of people with mental disabilities. The Foundation is recognized as a public utility by the Swiss Confederation and the Canton.
