Dringende Warnung vor Bührer & Partner!

Mieter werden als Gegner behandelt, keinerlei Gesprächsbereitschaft bei Problemen oder offenen Fragen, vielmehr wird man schnell mit paragraphenbestückten Schreiben bombardiert, in denen mit dem Rechtsweg gedroht wird. Es werden ständig Termine während der Arbeitszeiten angesetzt, so dass es fast nicht möglich ist, eine normale Berufstätigkeit auszuüben, während man Mieter bei Bührer & Partner ist. Wenn man Bührer & Partner den Schlüssel überlässt, geht öfter mal etwas kaputt und es wird versucht, den Schaden auf den Mieter abzuwälzen. Dazu offene Ausländerfeindlichkeit und Rassismus. Ab dem Moment, da man seine Unterschrift unter den Vertrag gesetzt hat, ändert sich der Ton, man sitzt in der Falle und wird die Wohnungen auch nicht mehr los. Am Ende bezahlt man noch monatelang weiter, obwohl man dort gar nicht mehr wohnt, da die Situation unerträglich geworden ist. Finger weg von dieser Verwaltung!
