Highly Professional and Approachable
I would highly recommend Alain Miserez. I found him at the last minute, and although he was only involved in my case for around two weeks, he made a real difference. He was professional, approachable and excellent at communicating, always taking the time to explain things clearly when I needed guidance. He quickly suggested mediation as an alternative to continuing with the process and repeatedly travelling to Geneva. Although mediation was not originally what I had intended, it turned out to be fair and saved me considerable time and travel. I am very grateful for Alain’s advice and support and would not hesitate to recommend him.
