These conditions are not exhaustive and may vary in order to preserve a balance within the tenant population.

Concept

The Institution de Béthanie offers rental accommodation in a complex adapted to the most exacting requirements in terms of quality of life (architecture, environment, nature), criteria of independence and autonomy, with the possibility of benefiting at any time from on-demand services, according to individual wishes and needs.

These services are described on this website. They cover medical and nursing care, hotel services and a variety of other services.

The "&nn" concept is based on the concept of "&nn".

The " senior housing " concept proposed by the Institution de Béthanie complements the existing offer in terms of care for the elderly.

This offer is part of Vaud's medico-social policy in favor of the elderly and constitutes, alongside EMS and home care services, the third pillar officially called " intermediate structure ".

In developing this project, the Institution de Béthanie drew inspiration from the concept that had been developed by the services of the State of Vaud. At the time, such housing, entitled " appartements groupés sécurisés ", was to be built close to an EMS, in order to use all possible synergies.

What is meant by synergies ?

The EMS which, on a daily basis, provides both care and hotel services to its Residents, is able to offer these same services at all times and in record time for the tenants of senior housing.
