Ergoterapia Colibrì

The Ergoterapia Colibrì studio works with children and young people (aged 0-15) and the various difficulties they encounter in their development.

Depending on the child's needs, the objectives of occupational therapy may focus, for example, on improving aspects such as gross motor skills and motor coordination, fine motor skills and graphomotor skills, sensory processing, and the planning and organization of an activity or task. We also intervene to improve visual-spatial aspects and attention deficits. We help children strengthen their cognitive and social skills, propose strategies, compensatory measures, and adaptations, and support children in all aspects of daily life.

During sessions, we mainly use play, the preferred learning tool in pediatrics, to stimulate the development of deficient functions.

In addition to working directly with the child, we place great importance on advising parents and collaborating with pediatricians and other professionals who work with the child (e.g., teachers, speech therapists, psychologists, physical therapists, psychomotor therapists, OPI).
