The setting, with its superb view of the Château d'Aigle, is magnificent. It's also possible to book the place for outdoor aperitifs for weddings, birthdays, etc., accompanied by a catering service.

Bathed by the sun from an ideal exposure, in a grandiose setting, dominated by the Château d'Aigle, a majestic XIII th century fortress, this Clos Aymond land is truly a family affair.

It was great-grandfather Charles Monney, at the beginning of the last century, who designed the label we still know today. His son Louis took over the business, later handing it down to his daughter Ruth and her husband Charles Giddey.

It's the turn of the 20th century.

It's now Christine's turn, 4th generation, with her husband Marius to take up the torch, to perpetuate the tradition and elaborate the fine nectar we know to this day.
