In its approximately 30-year history, Recchiuto Gipser AG has constantly adapted to changing conditions and has grown continuously, becoming a specialist for all plastering work known throughout the region.

Today, owner Paolo Recchiuto employs 35 skilled staff, and with his son Stefan, the next generation is already poised to continue the success of this thriving SME.

Our core competencies include all plastering work for new buildings and renovations, both indoors and outdoors, facade insulation, lightweight walls, stucco work, and decorative techniques.

Plastering

Plaster has been used in construction for many centuries and is therefore considered one of the oldest building materials in the world. Plaster, lime, and cement plasters are very versatile, meaning they can be used both indoors and outdoors. We plaster all kinds of materials for subsequent application of paint, wallpaper, ceramic wall tiles, or, very often, abrasion.

Plastering has many advantages: high cost-effectiveness due to optimal climate control, fast setting time, high thermal insulation and water repellency (outdoors), improved acoustics and, above all, great design freedom and thus attractive aesthetics in construction.

Drywall

Drywall is ideal for creating rooms in a simple way. Partitions, cladding, and suspended ceilings can be installed independently of static structures. Drywall can be used in new buildings and renovations as well as in refurbishments or changes of use. The big advantage is that no drying time is required. On the contrary, it brings the desired humidity into the house and enables a short construction phase with rapid changes.

The lightweight walls used in drywall construction, which come in various thicknesses, are normally erected using a metal stud frame. This provides space for heat and sound insulation as well as building services installations. Ceiling surfaces and cladding can also be constructed using drywall. These ceilings, which come in various designs, cover installations, can accommodate recessed lighting, and often have a sound-absorbing effect.

Drywall construction can be used to achieve the following properties: sound insulation, sound absorption, acoustic ceilings, and fire protection.

Facade construction

The facade is probably subjected to more stress than any other part of a building. Moisture, heat, exhaust gases, and temperature fluctuations take their toll on the facade over the years. These influences can impair the function of a house's outer skin.

The preservation of the building fabric can be ensured by renovating the facade. Today, the thermal insulation properties of the facade are often optimized in the same process. A wide variety of modern materials are available today that enable significant savings in heating energy. At the same time, damaged areas of the facade plaster can be renewed, thus restoring protection against moisture penetration. Facade renovation enhances the appearance of the property and also helps to maintain its value.
