About us

Hello, I am Ivan Dietsche. My passion is knives of all kinds, for different purposes. Im Ladengeschäft in der schönen Altstadt Altstätten, I produce customized knives in my small manufactory. Knife courses are also held throughout the year, where customers can make their own personal knives. Many different knife brands are also represented in my store. And if your knives are no longer sharp, you can of course also take them to the sharpening service for resharpening.

I welcome you to my store in the beautiful old town of Altstätten. Even on rainy days, you can stroll under the arches and linger in the shop window.
The store is a mixture of salesroom and workshop. This means that all handmade knives come from the back of the store. The sharpening service and knife courses also take place there.

Here you will find handmade unique pieces and various exciting brands.

The Buuremarkt also takes place weekly in the old town, where I am always represented on Saturdays from 8:30-12-30. (April-October)

As I am also a knife freak myself, there are always some new projects going on. I always offer to create individual kitchen knives for you. You are also welcome to visit me in the store. You can always find some of my creations that are currently available in the store.
