LASER CUTTING

With our state-of-the-art Bystronic Bysprint PRO 4400 laser cutting system, we process steel, chrome steel and aluminum sheets.

FINISHING & DEBURRING

With the TimeSaver from the 22 series with a sanding belt roller and two opposing brush rollers, we can deburr larger parts up to 900 mm wide and even apply a fine finish with a fleece.

TROWALIZING

We can deburr parts up to a size of 100×100 with our Walther Trowal vibratory finishing machine

Pressing

For sheet metal processing, the forming of the relevant materials is a very important component, because a lot of time can be saved by making targeted use of the technical possibilities in this area. This requires simple design solutions and high-performance machinery.

WELDING
In our welding shop, we process steel, chrome steel and aluminum into assemblies.
The processes that our employees are proficient in include

All welding employees are certified according to SVS/ASS

So that we are prepared for all eventualities in order to implement customer requests as quickly as possible, we also have a standard range of tubes in stock.

Flanging

Flanging is the process of bending the edge of sheet metal with a flanging machine. This results in a stiffening of the bent edge or a connection of several components.

Rolling

To round sheet metal into tubes or cones, we use a 3-roll round bending machine
