Our services in detail:

We use horizontal machines on site to manufacture precision components from virtually all major metallic materials. Each year, Biltec AG processes 100 tons of steel, a further 300 tons of aluminium and 40 tons of stainless steel. In addition, there are other materials that we manufacture into the desired parts at the request of our customers. We use modern machines to ensure the high quality of our products. We use 4- and 5-axis milling centers for cubic machining. Equipped with pallet stations, we manufacture all the components you require in the quality we guarantee and with the best possible cost-effectiveness for your company. The required performance is ensured by using stable horizontal centers for steel and stainless steel. We also use customer-specific clamping fixtures to guarantee quick changeovers if required.
