SCHEIDEGGER + PARTNER AG, Engineers and Planners, was founded as a public limited company on June 27, 1995, in Baden. The company emerged from the former Scheidegger + Partner collective partnership. The share capital is owned by KOPA Holding AG and the management team, consisting of Roman Schenker and Patrick Hochstrasser. Christoph Koch heads the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Roman Schenker and Stefan Giess are also members of the Board of Directors. A branch office has been operating in Muri / AG since September 1, 2014.

Scheidegger + Partner AG is divided into the areas of civil engineering, spatial development, and geomatics.

Its market area is mainly located in eastern Aargau (Baden-Zurzach-Lenzburg-Freiamt).
