The Basel Breast Center is one of the largest breast centers in Switzerland and represents a pioneering collaboration between the University Hospital Basel and Bethesda Hospital. This partnership combines the best of both worlds: access to the latest scientific findings and innovative therapies from university medicine as well as the personal, patient-centered care of a family hospital with a private atmosphere.

We treat more than 300 patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer every year. Thanks to close interdisciplinary collaboration and state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment methods, we are able to provide each patient with individualized and optimal care.
Each patient is discussed before and after a possible operation in an interdisciplinary panel of experts to determine the best next steps. Your personal needs are always at the forefront.
