Who are we?

The company was founded in February 2010. The team consists of managing director and owner Daniel Simon and several trusted employees with many years of experience in tree care.

The Simon Forst team specializes in tree care, special felling, tree assessments, and root protection.

We mainly operate in the regions of Basel-Stadt, Baselland, Birsigtal, Solothurn, and Aargau.

We cut, maintain, and plant your trees professionally—both for private homeowners and property managers. Our comprehensive advice is highly valued by our long-standing customers.
 

Close to nature and organic – our philosophy

Nature is very important to us. In our organic tree care, we completely refrain from using toxins and fertilizers. For us, working close to nature also means respecting the natural decay of trees.

Tree emergency?

Trees should not pose a danger and must be secured. In an emergency, we are available around the clock.

Tree care

Using the long rope technique, we can reach every point in the tree crown. This allows us to cut gently and adapt the tree to its surroundings according to its needs.

We discuss the objectives of tree care with the homeowner or property manager. We advise you on care options and draw up a care plan so that a tree is cared for and pruned every three years, for example.

Tree care after replanting

Especially in the first few months after planting, a tree must be properly cared for to ensure healthy growth. Later damage can be very costly and time-consuming.
