We now work with digital x-rays. Digital X-ray technology brings great advantages to the process - in the past, the X-ray image had to be developed after it was taken. In addition, there is no need for chemicals in film development. And last but not least, depending on the system, digital images require less radiation, which means that you as a patient are also exposed to a lower dose.
