The most important prerequisites for children to develop freely are love, attention, and security. Our employees take a lot of time to attend to the children's needs and create a trusting atmosphere. We focus on the developmental and age-specific needs of the children and their individual abilities. The adults are aware of the children's individual daily rhythms and incorporate them into everyday life. The premises are designed to provide children with a wide range of stimulating learning and development opportunities. We create spaces that meet children's basic needs for interaction, exercise, rest, play, and creativity. We also incorporate our neighborhood, the city, and the rural surroundings into our activities.
