ALTENO AG offers engineering services for the planning of solar systems, photovoltaic systems, and heating and ventilation systems. Since 1987, we have focused primarily on renewable energy and energy efficiency. We plan and optimize the operation of complex building services systems in commercial, catering, and residential buildings (retirement and nursing homes). We plan wood-fired heating systems (wood chip or pellet heating) and combine them with solar systems and log-burning stoves. In the field of ventilation, we specialize in the use of heat recovery and comfort ventilation. We plan small, medium, and large solar power systems.

Minergie
We plan for all Minergie standards (Minergie-A, Minergie-P, and Minergie-ECO). We calculate thermal insulation thicknesses to achieve the standards and advise on the use of insulation materials (including windows). The heating and ventilation systems are designed with a view to minimizing electricity consumption and using renewable energies and sustainable building materials.

Energy efficiency programs and CO2 reduction
We advise groups of large consumers (hotels, body shops, etc.) with the aim of reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Energy consulting
We advise municipalities and institutions on how to reduce their energy consumption. We plan and calculate savings programs or support measures and help with their implementation.
