After running a bakery, patisserie and confectionery for over 15 years, Michel Daetwyler decided to take on a new challenge: Promoting the Jura region within delicious products.

An initial range of 4 TERROIR JURA REGION-labeled cookies, as well as chocolate specialties, are on offer in various stores in the region.

In order to detoxify his range of cookies, Michel likes to take the time to research and choose new raw materials from the region to enhance them.
