Dr. Riccardo Alessio Malan graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery, specializing in Odontostomatology and Otolaryngology at the University of Genoa.

After a period as a university professor, he has been working as a dental surgeon for over thirty years in his clinics in Italy and, since July 2016, in Switzerland.

Preliminary examination

The Malan Dental Clinic carries out various types of preliminary examinations:

- Thorough examination of the oral situation with recording using an intraoral HD camera on a file dedicated to the patient;

- Digital radiography (panoramic view of the dental arches and, upon request, latest generation 3D CT scan).

Dental hygiene and prevention

- Tartar removal and teeth whitening;

- Root scaling and Air Flow (bicarbonate or glycine jet) in periodontal pockets, between the gums and teeth.

 

Conservative treatments

- Fillings with the latest generation of low-toxicity, highly aesthetic, and durable light-curing materials;
