The family business has existed at its current location since 1902. During this time, we have repeatedly expanded and modernized. Today, we have grown into an efficient, medium-sized bakery, confectionery and aperitif business.

The management consists of Cornelia + Mathias Roth and Ueli Röthlisberger and is supported by a team of 13 people.

Our aim is to produce high-quality bakery and confectionery products for you every day. We source all our products (flour, butter, yogurt, milk meat etc) from the region.From Metzgerei Wüthrich,Ostermundigen / Metzgerei Garius, Koppigen, Käserei Jumi AG,Boll and Chäs Glauser Belp,  Käserei Eyweid,Zäziwil, our pasta milk from Hof Frei, Illiswil near Wohlen. The flour from the Mühle Fraubrunnen. Natural products are also used for the baking aids
