The family business has been operating at its current location since 1902. Over the years, it has been repeatedly expanded and modernized. As a result, we have grown into an efficient, medium-sized bakery, pastry shop, and aperitif business.

The management team consists of Cornelia and Mathias Roth and Ueli Röthlisberger, supported by a team of 13.

From the region – for the region

Our goal is to produce high-quality bakery and confectionery products for you every day. We source all our products (flour, butter, yogurt, milk, meat, etc.) from the region.From the Wüthrich butcher's shop in Ostermundigen, the Garius butcher's shop in Koppigen, the Jumi AG cheese dairy in Boll, Chäs Glauser Belp, the Eyweid cheese dairy in Zäziwil, our pasta milk from the Frei farm in Illiswil near Wohlen, and flour from the Fraubrunnen mill. We also use natural products for our baking ingredients.
