The aim of my work is to support people, so that they can be completely with themselves and at the same time in contact and in a lively exchange with their environment. This requires work with one's own consciousness, with one's way of seeing the world, with one's own story, thoughts and feelings.

Healing and unfolding - in my experience - come about when people feel touched deep inside - in other words are lovingly in touch with themselves . In such moments, great change can be allowed with confidence.
