Health is our greatest asset - or so it is often said. For me, it is much more than that: I see it as a dynamic state in which people, as part of nature with its cycles and culture with its regional influences, are constantly allowed to find and redefine their own path. Depending on our age and the circumstances of our lives, as well as internal and external influences, we are called upon to follow this path in a receptive and creative way. Vitality and change are an expression of acute health - even if it sometimes feels unpleasant and challenging. I also see illness as a meaningful process that expresses the ability of our body-mind-spirit system to address and re-regulate aspects of our being that have fallen out of balance.
