Way of working

Integrative therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy and person-centered psychotherapy form the foundation of my work. In the course of my many years of counseling and psychotherapeutic work, many methods have been added that characterize my work today. These include systemic/ solution- and resource-oriented methods, couples therapy, mindfulness-based and body-oriented methods, elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma treatment and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.
