I studied sport at the University of Bern and then went on to train as a J+S tennis instructor, swimming instructor and fitness instructor. After working intensively as a gym teacher, fitness and tennis instructor, I set up my own business, "WiFit", in 1985.

My motivation can be explained quite simply: Exercise is life! This motto has been with me since my childhood: at the village fair in Habstetten, I put Ruedi Hunsperger, who later became the king of wrestling, on his back. I continued with Hornussen, artistic gymnastics, gymnastics, windsurfing, paragliding - until I found my passion in tennis and fitness.

I live in the lively Länggass district of Bern. I feel at home here. I relax in my colorful apartment by entertaining guests, making jams and reading "Madame Bovary". I also like to be inspired by the city and nature: Reinventing myself again and again is pure joie de vivre!
