Primafein GmbH, known for operating the former Restaurant Marzer on Brückenstrasse, now has its administrative headquarters at Werkgasse 59 in Bern-Bümpliz. The Restaurant Marzer is closed at its old location. The team around Pailin Läuchli and Nicolette Mosimann is actively looking for a new venue in Bern to continue their concept of 'Leaf to Root', 'No Food Waste', and sharing dishes. Currently, there is no regular restaurant operation at Werkgasse 59.
