Balkan Metzgerei GmbH, based in Biel, Bern, and Renens, specializes in meat products and sausages from the Balkans. All products are freshly prepared in-house using Swiss meat and are 100 percent pork-free. We also offer halal meat ( imported).

Our range includes beef, veal, lamb, and chicken. Specialties such as cevapcici and pljeskavica are also part of our offering. From dried goods and barbecue products to cheese and other foods, you will find a variety of delicacies from the Balkans at our butcher's.
