We process all commercially available thermoplastics, including PEEK. We also specialize in the processing of silicone (LSR). By adding masterbatch or subsequent chrome plating, we can offer you any color for your plastic parts. We can also produce your items with inserts such as ball bearings, threaded bushes and other metal components. Visible parts of any kind can be produced visually flawless thanks to our removal devices.

Our machinery consists of 11 injection molding machines:

8 Arburg (220M, 2x 270S, 370C, 3x 420C, 470C), one of which has been converted for processing silicone (LSR).
2 Krauss Maffei (AX 80-380 with packing station, CX 80-380) and one Ferromatik (K-TEC 200). The injection moulding machines have a clamping force of 35-200 tons and are equipped with state-of-the-art removal devices. This enables us to produce plastic parts weighing from 0.1 to 500 grams.
