ABOUT US
The Barbagallo family consists of Daniele, Giada, Loris, Mathias, and Nicolas.
Daniele is Sicilian and Giada is from Liguria, and we met in Australia, where we spent almost eight years. In Australia, we had the opportunity to learn new recipes while working alongside chefs from all over the world.
Eating should be an experience shared among friends. That's why we pay attention to detail in order to create quality products, so that all you have to do is think about eating and enjoying yourself!
From the raw ingredients to the final product, we use only the highest quality ingredients, so that those who taste our products are transported by the typical Italian aromas and flavors.
Our favorite saying is: "You always cook with someone in mind, otherwise you're just preparing food."
