The cold milling is one of the first actions for the maintenance of road or traffic surfaces. A distinction is made between three applications:

• Maintenance: minor structural measures to preserve the substance 

• Repair: major structural measures to preserve the substance and improve surface properties 

• Renewal: complete restoration 

The milled surface is always the basis for the construction of new layers. Its quality therefore also determines that of all new surface courses and subsequent work. Surface courses of uniform thickness are only possible with an even, profile-appropriate milling result. REPROAD achieves this by modifying milling machines with the latest technology: lasers, 3D models or ultrasound allow precise height control of evenness in the longitudinal or transverse profile, even with difficult initial positions. Cost-intensive repairs such as the installation of subsequent asphalt leveling layers are thus avoided.
