Our family-run restaurant has been around for over 100 years: it was the first existing restaurant in the valley!
It was called "Les Chasseurs", then "Restaurant Les Bouleaux".
Today, discover the "Taverne des Petits-Ponts" in the village of Brot-Plamboz, on the road to the Col de la Tourne!
The chef, passionate about his job makes it a point of honor to offer you only home-made dishes right down to the sourdough bread and the little digestive liqueur he makes himself for an experience of a thousand flavors. He loves variety, and changes his menu regularly to suit the seasons and his own tastes. He still keeps the recipe, so if you'd like to reserve a specific dish that you've tasted before only by reservation.
Knowing how to adapt and invent recipes at a moment's notice, he's able to offer you a signature dish perfectly suited to your most specific diet so don't hesitate to ask our staff when making your reservation.

Dès mi-juillet 2019, nouveaux tenanciers qui ont compris ce qu'attendent les clients. Prix corrects, ambiance sympathique.
