Treatments
Integrative kinesiology
Integrative kinesiology is a holistic therapy method based on Eastern and Western healing practices combined with a psychological approach. The aim of the client session is to resolve psychological, physical or mental blockages and restore inner balance. Conversation, kinesiological muscle testing (enables access to the unconscious) and kinesiological energy balancing techniques form the basis of the method.
<Session
The first session lasts approx. 90 minutes, subsequent sessions usually last approx. 60 minutes. The treatment is carried out sitting, standing or lying down.
The intervals in between are individual, as is the number of treatments required.
In order to feel the effect of the method, it is advisable to plan a block of four to five sessions.

Cupping
In cupping, glass balls are heated with a flame and placed on certain parts of the body with the opening facing downwards, then you are cupped! Cupping is an ancient method of detoxifying the body. As the glass beads cool, a vacuum forms inside the vessel, which "sucks in and up" the skin. The blood circulation is stimulated. I use cupping massages for corresponding complaints. In contrast to traditional cupping, where the cups are left in the same place for a certain amount of time, the cups are slowly moved back and forth to increase blood circulation.

Main area of application:
- Increasing blood circulation
- Increase in metabolism
- Loosening of "stuck" tissue
- Pain relief
Taping
The areas of application for kinesiotaping are wide-ranging. The tapes can be used whenever muscles, tendons and ligaments are involved in pain. Typical symptoms are, for example:
- Achilles tendon pain
- Problems with the knee due to overloading
or age-related wear and tear
- Ankle problems, for example
after twisting an ankle
- Foot pain, for example in the heels
- Shoulder pain
- Pain in the sciatica
- Back pain of all kinds
types (neck tension, lumbago
etc.)
- Pain in the arms, hands and fingers
(carpal tunnel syndrome,
tenosynovitis, tennis elbow etc.)
Tapes are also used for menstrual cramps, migraines, blocked sinuses, tinnitus and jaw pain. Competitive and amateur athletes can be taped as a preventative measure to support training or before competitions in order to reduce the risk of injuries or cramps. An elastic tape bandage can also help to quickly relieve recurring everyday complaints such as tension, muscle pain, sore muscles or bruising.
Bach flowers
Bach flowers are certain extracts that can be used to treat negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, low self-confidence or stress and constant brooding. The inventor of these popular flowers was Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936), who also gave them their name. The positive powers of Bach flowers have been known for more than 70 years. Not only can the 38 Bach flowers be used to treat anxiety, sleep problems, hyperactivity and feelings of guilt, but there are also many other complaints for which these Bach flowers have a positive effect.

Application in practice
As the Bach flower remedies available on the market are 100% natural and harmless, they can also be administered to children without any problems in order to transform their negative properties into positive ones. There is no need to worry about any side effects or interactions with other medicines. There is also no risk of overdosing with Bach flowers and, of course, they are not addictive. Bach flower remedies can also be combined with other medicines without any problems and without the effect being impaired.
The Raindrop Technique®
The Raindrop Technique® was created by Gary Young, founder of Young Living, through his research with essential oils and his great passion for pure essential oils.
This wonderful application combines the ancient knowledge of the North American Lakota Indians with the Vita Flex® technique (originating in Tibet 10,000 years ago) and the latest findings in aromatherapy. The 9 essential oils are dripped directly onto the skin (back and feet) and worked in using a gentle spring technique.
This stimulates the body to mobilize its self-healing powers to bring body, mind and soul into balance.
A massage lasts around 60 minutes and the oils continue to work in the body for up to 7 days, during which time the spine is often realigned.
Raindrop Technique® incl. Young Living oils 60 min. 132.-
Foot reflexology therapy according to Father Josef Eugster
This foot reflexology massage sends impulses to organs, muscles, blood vessels and the skeleton. It is a holistic treatment. This means that the whole body, mind and soul are treated via the feet. This activates the body's own self-healing powers.
